Before you start
- Why is there a setup fee?
- Do it yourself has no setup fee. Basic is $25 a month, or $20 a month billed annually ($240 a year). Pro is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed annually ($468 a year). Both include a 14-day free trial. Done-for-you is $129 a month, or $109 a month billed annually ($1,308 a year). The $199 setup on Done-for-you covers our build and is waived on annual.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel before the next renewal and you are not charged again. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year. The public site stays up through the period you already paid. A Done-for-you setup fee, when it was charged, covers the build already done.
- Can I bring my domain?
- Every plan keeps a free page at /sites/your-shop. Pro and Done-for-you can save a domain you already own, and the page lists the DNS records to add. Buying a domain inside Solobilt is coming soon. Solobilt does not attach the domain for you.
